TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's golf team will travel to Gainesville, Fla. to compete in the University of Florida's Gators Invitational this weekend. The 54-hole tournament will be held at the par-70, 6,002-yard Mark Bostick Golf Course.

The tournament was originally scheduled to be played on Saturday-Sunday, March 2-3 but will begin instead on Friday, March 1 with a shotgun start at 10:30 a.m. due to expected inclement weather. Â A short practice round will be held tomorrow morning before the shotgun start.

The Field
No. 10 Florida is the top-ranked team in the 13-team field that also includes No. 13 Ole Miss, No. 15 Clemson, No. 16 UCF, No. 17 Arizona, No. 26 North Carolina, No. 47 Miami (Fla.), and No. 49 Michigan. Also competing in the event with the Rockets are Campbell, Charleston, Florida Atlantic, Florida International, and Notre Dame.

Last Time Out
Toledo will be competing in its second tournament of the spring. The Rockets are coming off a seventh-place finish at the BGSU Women's Intercollegiate in Litchfield Park, Ariz. on Feb. 13-14.
Yedam Lee led the Rockets with a 17
th-place finish.

The Rockets' next tournament will also be in the Sunshine State at the Spring Break Shootout on March 18-19 in Dade City, Fla.
