Brooklyn Whitehead in the 81st minute. Earlier in the week, Toledo fell 2-0 to Buffalo on the road. The Rockets enter the week tied for seventh place in the MAC and just one point outside of a MAC Tournament position.

The Bobcats (9-1-4, 4-0-3 – 15 PTS) won against Eastern Michigan, 1-0, and against Ball State, 2-1, last week. The 2023 MAC champions are tied for first with Western Michigan in the league standings, with both teams representing the MAC's last unbeaten squads in league action.
