Bryson Hammer has been named to the 14th annual Jet Award Mid-Season Watchlist, the Jet Award Foundation announced on Tuesday.

Hammer has totaled 200 yards on 11 punts, averaging 18.2 yards per return. He has two returns of over 40 yards, with a 41-yard return in the season opener against Duquesne and a 43-yard return at Western Kentucky. Hammer's 18.2 yards per punt return is the most in the MAC and fifth-most in the FBS.

The Fremont, Ohio native was named to the watch list among 15 of the FBS' top kick return and punt return specialists. He is the only freshman among the 15 players to be recognized, and is also one of three players from the Mid-American Conference on the list.

The Jet Award honors the most outstanding return specialist in college football. The award will be presented to the winner at the Jet Award Gala on April 10, 2025.
