TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's soccer team scored once in the first half and added three more unanswered goals in the second half to earn a 4-0 victory over Chicago State on Sunday afternoon at Paul Hotmer Field.

Brooklyn Whitehead broke a scoreless stalemate in the 32

Alli Macbeth doubled the Rockets' lead in the 50

Madison Medalle sent another ball past CSU's Julie Arballo in the 61

Alexys LaDue made it a 4-0 game with less than 10 minutes on the clock. Chicago State took the last shot, its second of the entire game with one minute to play, the ball went wide securing the shutout for redshirt freshman
Brielle Young.

- 32' | Junior Olivia Dault set up sophomore Brooklyn Whitehead to put the Rockets on the board, 1-0.
- 50' | Toledo was awarded a corner kick, and sophomore Alli Macbeth connected on the deflection from the Cougars' defense with a shot to the upper corner to double UT's lead, 2-0.
- 54' | Senior Grace Turski lined up a shot at the top of the box, but the ball grazed the left post.
- 61' | Senior Madison Medalle tripled the Rockets a 3-0 lead off a free kick at the top of the box.
- 82' | UT was awarded an indirect free kick, and Grace Turski tapped the ball to Alexys LaDue who sent the ball to the back of the net to make 4-0.

- Whitehead, Macbeth, and LaDue all scored the first goals of their Toledo careers. Medalle's goal puts her at a career-high six this season.
