Junior Macy Hanus and sophomore Yedam Lee lead Toledo at five-over par
DADE CITY, Fla. – Junior Macy Hanus and sophomore Yedam Lee are tied for 16th place at five-over par 147 to lead the Toledo women's golf team on Monday in the opening two rounds of the Spring Break Shootout. The Rockets are in eighth place as a team at 36-over par at the par-71, 6,040-yard Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club.
Hanus paced Toledo in the opening round with a two-over par 73, while Lee tied for the team-best in the second round with junior Angel Hii (T-42nd/78-74=152).
Junior Cheryl Hong is tied for 70th place at 16-over par 158 (78-80), while senior Amelia Lee is tied for 76th place at 17-over par 159 (78—81). Junior Kaitlyn Natividad is competing as an individual and tied for 87th place at 28-over par 170 (88-82).
The tournament's final round will begin tomorrow with an 8:45 a.m. shotgun start.
