TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo women's track and field team will head to Tiffin, Ohio to compete in the University of Tiffin Invitational this Thursday-Saturday, April 14-16.
 
Thursday will feature only Heptathlon events, beginning at 10:00 a.m. On Friday, the second day of the Heptathlon will begin at 9:00 a.m., field events will fallow at 10:30, and running events will begin at noon. On Saturday, the Rockets will only compete in the javelin, set to begin at 10:30 a.m.
 
Last Time Out
The Rockets last competed at the Joe Walker Invitational at Ole Miss on April 8-9, where seven Rockets ran personal best times. Sophomore Lou Trois placed 14th after finishing with time of 4:25.45. Sophomores Krystal Clark and Emily Vining also did well in their respective disciplines. Clark finished 17th in the 800m after clocking a time of 2:08.91, and Vining finished sixth in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:15.81.
