CLEVELAND, Ohio – Nine student-athletes from the University of Toledo women's volleyball team were named Academic All-MAC, the league office announced Tuesday.

Ryann Jaqua, 
Chloee Kleespies, 
Rhyen Neal, 
Abby Ray, 
Emma Swope, and 
Olivia Vance all earned Academic All-MAC honors. Kleespies, Neal, and Swope earn this distinction for the third time, while Beasley is now a two-time honoree. 
This marks the third straight season that Toledo has put nine players on the women's volleyball Academic All-MAC squad, one off the program record of 10 set in 2016.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
