PORT CLINTON, Ohio  – Junior Amelia Lee is in fifth place and leads Toledo following Monday's first two rounds of the Rocket Classic at the par-72, 6,118-yard Catawba Island Club. Lee's performance has helped Toledo to a second-place standing in the 10-team field.

Lee shot rounds of 76 and 74 for a 36-hole total of 150, two strokes ahead of sophomore Angel Hii (T-7^th/75-77=152). Sophomore Cheryl Hong (80-73=153) is one stroke behind Hii and tied for ninth place.

Freshman Yedam Lee is tied for 23^rd place at 14-over par 158, while sophomore Macy Hanus is in 56^th place at 26-over par 170.

The Rockets shot a season-best 302 in today's second round.

Freshman Cameron Ford (T-43^rd/83-82) is leading the four Rockets competing as individuals. She is joined by junior Claudia Sampson (T-54^th/89-80), junior Kathryn Roth (T-60^th/88-85) and sophomore Kait Natividad (62^nd/89-86).

The final round of the tournament will begin with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start tomorrow.
