BOULDER CITY, Nev. – Freshman Amelia Lee nearly matched the top finish of her young collegiate career on Tuesday by tying for 17^th place at South Dakota State's 11th annual Jackrabbit Invitational. Lee's play helped the Toledo women's golf team post its best round of the tournament and finish in 12^th place.

Lee (79-81-74) registered just two bogeys in today's final round to finish at two-over par 74.

Senior Donchanok Toburint tied for 42^nd place at 27-over par 243 (79-80-84), while freshmen Kathryn Roth (T-68^th/84-91-81) and Claudia Sampson (73^rd/86-93-81) both shot their best rounds in the tourney today.

The host Jackrabbits won the tournament at 32-over par 896, 13 shots in front of Boston College. The Eagles' Madeline Jin earned medalist honors at one-over par 217.

Toledo will return to action next weekend when it travels to Gulf Shores, Ala. for the Bama Beach Bash on Friday-Sunday, March 20-22.
