Danilo Vukotic Named MAC Singles Player of the Week

TOLEDO, Ohio - Senior Danilo Vukotic was named Mid-American Conference Men's Tennis Singles Player of the Week, the conference announced today.Â
"Danilo came back from the holiday break playing his A-game and we think he's only going to improve for a great senior year." said head coach Al Wermer.Â
The Nis, Serbia native swept Michigan State's John Carlin in two sets (6-3, 6-3) on the No. 1 court in East Lansing, Mich. on Saturday, Jan. 11. Vukotic's victory in singles gave the Rockets their first of three points against Michigan State. The Rockets fell to the Spartans 4-3.
