Oxford, Ohio - The University of Toledo women's track and field team garnered 15 personal-bests, 17 top-five finishes, four event victories and one MAC automatic qualifying time at the RedHawk Invitational in Oxford, Ohio on Saturday.Â
Â
"The team competed really well despite poor weather conditions," said assistant coach
Raynee DeGrio. "The throwers had some good performances and many of our athletes placed in the top three. And (senior)
Olivia Chinn setting a personal-record in the steeplechase while running a solo race was definitely one of the highlights for our team today. Most importantly, we came out of this meet healthy and ready to continue building towards next month's conference championship."
