COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Toledo women's golf team wrapped up this weekend's Lady Buckeye Invitational with a 10
th-place finish on Sunday. The Rockets shot 59-over par 923 on Ohio State's par-72, 6,319-yard Scarlet Course.
Senior
Pinyada Kuvanun paced the Rockets by tying for 19
th place at 10-over par 226 (75-76-75). After registering a birdie and double bogey on the first two holes, Kuvanun registered 14 pars and two bogeys the rest of the way.
Junior
Saranlak Tumfong tied for 41
st place at 233 (79-73-81) and was followed by junior
Thunpijja Sukkasem (T-49
th/77-75-83=235), senior

No. 11 Kent State edged No. 20 Michigan State by a stroke for the team title by carding a 16-over par 880. Indianapolis' Pilar Echeverria captured medalist honors at one-under par 215 (69-72-74).
The Rockets will head to Noblesville, Ind. next weekend for the Mid-American Conference Championships. The 54-hole tournament will be played on Friday-Sunday, April 19-21.
