YPSILANTI, Mich. - Toledo (18-9, 10-6 MAC) will look to continue its late-season roll on Wednesday when the Midnight Blue & Gold travels to Mid-American Conference West Division rival Eastern Michigan (12-15, 5-11 MAC). Tip-off time is set for 7:00 p.m. in the Convocation Center and can be seen on ESPN+.
The Rockets have won their last three games, including a 64-53 home triumph over Northern Illinois (17-11, 9-7 MAC) on Saturday.
UT is currently in fifth place in the overall MAC standings with two regular-season contests remaining.
The Rockets, who are 7-6 away from home this season, can still clinch a first-round bye in the MAC Tournament if they win both of their final two contests, coupled with either Ohio (23-4, 12-4 MAC) or Buffalo (19-8, 11-5 MAC) losing their last two games.
If the MAC Tournament started before tomorrow's game, UT would host No. 12 seed Bowling Green (9-18, 2-14 MAC) in a first-round contest on Monday, March 11.Â
In addition, Central Michigan (22-6, 13-3 MAC), Miami (21-6, 12-4 MAC), Ohio and Buffalo would hold byes to Cleveland as the top-four seeds.Â
In Saturday's home triumph against the Huskies, UT utilized a 16-3 second-half run to establish a lead it would not surrender on "Senior Day" before 4,119 fans in Savage Arena. Â

Kaayla McIntyre had three to give the Midnight Blue & Gold a 57-44 advantage with 6:28 left in regulation.Â
McIntyre paced Toledo with a game-high 22 points and a contest-best 13 boards to post her eighth double-double this year and 17th as a collegiate.Â
Black added 12 points, five boards, four helpers and two thefts in a season-tying best 37 minutes.Â
Boyd nearly joined McIntyre with a double-double, tallying 10 points, nine caroms and four helpers.
As a team, Toledo shot 44.1 percent (26-of-59) from the floor and 70.0 percent (7-of-10) from the charity stripe.Â
UT also held a commanding 42-30 edge on the glass and finished with 20 assists on 26 field goals.Â
NIU was limited to 34.5 percent (20-of-58) from the field, including 8-of-26 (30.8 percent) in the second half.
Toledo continues to be fueled offensively by the trio of McIntyre, Black, Boyd and junior
Mariella Santucci, who are averaging 16.3, 10.6, 10.1 and 9.4 ppg, respectively.Â
The Rockets will take on an EMU squad that is coming off an 87-70 home loss against 2018-19 MAC West Division champion Central Michigan on Saturday. Corrione Cardwell led three Eagles in double figures with 18 points and a game-high four steals.
EMU possesses an offense with three players scoring in double figures, led by Danielle Minott and Cardwell's 13.4 and 13.3 ppg, respectively. The Eagles are 9-4 at home this season.
Tomorrow's MAC West Division match-up will feature two of the league's better defenses. Toledo is currently leading the conference in scoring defense (59.3 ppg) and overall field-goal percentage defense (.378, 589-of-1,560), as well as ranking second in three-point field-goal percentage defense (.290, 142-of-490), while Eastern Michigan is fourth (64.6 ppg), fourth (.395, 609-of-1,542) and ninth (.329, 179-of-544) in the same categories, respectively.
In addition, the Rockets are fourth in the MAC in defensive boards (27.5 ppg), while the Eagles are sixth (26.1 rpg).
UT and EMU will meet for the second time this year and 84th time overall. The Rockets tallied an impressive 63-43 home victory vs. the Eagles on Feb. 9 before 4,076 fans at home. Â
Toledo leads the all-time series against Eastern Michigan, 50-33, and has won four of the last five meetings against its division rival. UT also holds a 22-16 edge in games played in Ypsilanti.
A year ago, the Rockets suffered a 70-57 road setback in the Convocation Center (Jan. 6).Â
Following tomorrow's contest, Toledo will wrap up the regular season at Central Michigan on Saturday, March 9. The opening tip against the Chippewas is slated for 1:00 p.m. in McGuirk Arena and will be shown on ESPN+.
UT and CMU will square off for the second time this year and 83rd time overall. The Rockets tallied a hard-fought 62-59 home win against the Chippewas on Jan. 23 before 3,603 fans in Savage Arena.
