TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo men's basketball team (8-3) looks to bounce back from Tuesday's setback at Kansas City when it hosts Horizon League foe Wright State (9-3) on Saturday, Dec. 21. The Rockets' final non-conference home matchup will be streamed on ESPN-Plus and tip off at 2:00 p.m. in Savage Arena.
       Toledo could never get on track offensively against the Roos (6-7) on Tuesday and finished with a season low for both points and field-goal percentage (33.3). Seniors
Willie Jackson and
Luke Knapke paced Toledo with 14 and 13 points, respectively. Jackson also grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds for his 10th double-digit rebounding effort of the season.

       Wright State has won the Horizon League regular-season title each of the last two seasons and is the preseason favorite to capture a third crown. Senior forward Bill Wampler leads the Raiders with 14.5 ppg. WSU is 2-1 vs. Mid-American Conference competition this fall, defeating Miami twice and dropping a 72-71 decision to Kent State.

Keshaun Saunders is Toledo's Sixth Starter and has scored in double digits off the bench four times. He ranks fifth in team scoring with 8.5 ppg and has a 38.1 3PTFG% (16-of-42). He has scored a season-high 18 points twice, at Valpo (Nov. 5) and vs. Robert Morris (Nov. 16).
HORIZON FAMILIARITY
       Toledo has faced at least three Horizon League members in non-conference play in each of the last seven years and will face at least four for a fifth consecutive year this season.
       The Rockets are 23-10 vs. the Horizon League during this stretch, including a 16-5 mark since the start of the 2015-16 season.
