Toledo Wins Distance Medley Relay on Day One of SPIRE Midwest Open

The University of Toledo track & field program continued the season on day one of the SPIRE Midwest Open.
The Rockets picked up a win in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:45.85. The group of junior Theresa Warsecke, freshman Nautica Hill, senior Julia Pusateri and senior Liz Weiler finished 39 seconds ahead of the next squad.
UT also competed in the 5000m on day one. Senior Stephanie Ingraham set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 17:55.55, good for sixth in the event. Trailing Ingraham was freshman Nina Bendixen, who finished 12th with a time of 18:24.53.
