Mount Pleasant, MI – Toledo was swept 3-0 (25-23, 25-21, 25-18) by Central Michigan (8-11, 3-3 MAC) on Saturday evening in Mount Pleasant, MI. The Midnight Blue & Gold fall to 3-15 on the season and 0-6 in conference action.

CMU recorded a .284 overall hitting percentage in the match while holding UT to a .119 clip.

Sophomore RSH Annie Beasley was impressive in defeat for the Rockets, tallying a .600 attack percentage (6-0-10), while sophomore MB Rachel Vidourek was also effective in the middle for UT with a .312 hitting mark and a team-high seven kills.

Freshman libero Maurissa Leonard topped Toledo's defensive efforts with 10 digs.

The Rockets will remain on the road for their next two matches. Toledo takes on Kent State on Friday, Oct. 16 before traveling to Athens, OH the following day to battle the Bobcats. Both matches will begin at 7:00 p.m.
