TOLEDO, OH - Seniors Emily Hardcastle (Chelsea, MI) and Michelle Hui (Mt. Eliza, Australia) have each been named to the 2010-11 National Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Team. Hardcastle, who graduated this past spring with a 3.961 grade-point average in political science, competed in all 33 rounds for the Rockets and finished with an 80.8 stroke average. Hardcastle's top finish of the season was a 13th-place showing at the Cincinnati Fall Classic. She also paced the Rockets with a 17th-place showing at this year's MAC Championships and received the team's most postseason awards - Rocket Award, Hardest Worker Award, Mental Attitude Award, Academic Award, Fairways Hit Percentage Award and Community Service Award.
Hui ranked second on the team with a 78.5 stroke average and posseses a 3.609 GPA in exercise science. She posted five Top-10 showings and was named the team's Co-MVP, marking the third straight year she received at least a share of the award. Hui's top finishes of the year were sixth-place showings at the Lady Irish Invitational and Cincinnati Fall Classic.
