Toledo Falls to Western Michigan in Dual-Match Action

KALAMAZOO, MI - The Western Michigan women's tennis team (13-7, 6-0 MAC) claimed its eighth-straight victory and remained undefeated in Mid-American Conference play with a 6-1 win over Toledo (2-13, 0-5 MAC) on Friday afternoon at Sorensen Courts.
Junior Eunice Paravicini earned the lone UT point with a 7-6, 6-3 victory over Valeria Stoilova in No. 3 singles.
Paravicini also teamed up with sophomore Myriam Cueva to take the No. 1 doubles competition by an 9-7 score.
Broncos' Carrie Jeanmaire, the current MAC Player of the Week, improved to 12-0 in MAC play with wins at No. 2 singles and No. 3 doubles.
The Rockets will return to action tomorrow, as they travel to DeKalb, IL to battle Northern Illinois at 1:00 p.m.
