Devin Quinn was named the assistant track & field coach at the University of Toledo in October of 2024.
Quinn was a student-athlete on the track and field team at the University of Illinois where he was a six-time All-American, five in outdoor competition and one in indoor competition. Quinn is the fastest man in Big Ten history, clocking a time of 10.01 in the 100m dash at the 2019 NCAA Semifinal. He also holds the Illinois school record in both the indoor and outdoor 100m and 200m.
Quinn previously served as an assistant track & field coach at Clarke University where he helped achieve the best men’s and women’s team performances in program history as well as assisted in breaking 12 school records. He also coached high school track and field, earning a third-place finish in the 2023 Ohio indoor state meet and helping student-athletes break multiple school records in the 60m, 200m, 400m and pole vault.
A native of Punta Gorda, Fla., Quinn graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in recreation, sport and tourism.
