Currently holds the third (1:01.53), nineth (1:03.93) and tenth-fastest (1:03.97) times in school history in the 100 breast. Also holds the nineth-fastest time in the 200 breast (2:18.90).

2014-15
Had 26 top-five finishes, including seven first-place victories on the year…Placed first in the 100 breast at the Miami Invitational with a personal-best and meet-fastest time of 1:01.53…Also recorded a personal-best time in the 200 breast (2:18.90) and finished in first in the 400 medley at Miami Invite...Finished first in the 100 breast vs. MSU, Duquesne, EMU and Ball State…Also earned first in the 200 breast vs. Ball State.

2013-14
Six top-five finishes in first meet of the season against Denison... Placed first in the 200 medley with a time of 1:45.58 against Eastern Michigan...Ended the regular season with a first-place finish in the 200 medley with a time of 1:45.67 against Michigan State.

2012-13
Finished with eight top-five finishes...Placed fourth in the 100 breast against both Denison (1:09.09) and Eastern Michigan (1:07.43)...Recorded a season-best time of 1:07.07 in the 100 breast at the Zippy Invite...Finished third as apart of the 200 medley against Denison.

High School
Earned 11 varsity letters in swimming, gymnastics and track combined...All-state in the 100 breast senior year...Part of 200 medley squad that earned All-American status senior year...Relay team was state champion...Swam a low-time of 1:05.95 in the 100 breast senior year...State champion on the 4x100 relay track team...All-state performer on the floor and all-around in gymnastics.

Born Samantha Mae Richart on May 25, 1994...Daughter of Willard and Linda Richart...Has a twin sister, Kelly, and older sister Kristy (was on the UT swim team last season)...Speech language pathology major.
