Cami Cahill enters her second year as a volunteer assistant coach for the Toledo swimming and diving team in the 2021-22 season.

Cahill was a butterfly and breaststroke swimmer for Toledo before she graduated with a degree in IDVP with a pre-occupational therapy concentration in 2019. During her time with the Rockets, she placed in the top-10 12 times in individual events and three times as a relay team member. At the 2019 MAC Championship, Cahill placed 24th in the 100 breast (1:05.39), 29th in the 200 breast (2:24.95), and finished the 100 fly with a season-best 59.62. Her highest placements individually came against Bowling Green, where she took fifth in both the 100 and 200 breaststroke.

Prior to her collegiate career, Cahill lettered all four years and was a state qualifier in swimming and letter twice in soccer at Tippecanow High School. She was named team captain as a senior and holds school records in 200 medley relay and 400 free relay.
