Four Rockets Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

Leah Evans, Rosie Richards, Janne Slegers and Hannah Wentzel earn honor
TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo women's swimming & diving student-athletes Leah Evans, Rosie Richards, Janne Slegers and Hannah Wentzel have been named to the College Sport Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced on Tuesday.
Richards and Wentzel are first-time honorees while Evans and Slegers have been named to the all-district squad for the second-straight season. All four Rockets were also named to the Academic All-MAC Team last week.
Evans and Slegers will move to the Academic All-American ballot. First-, Second- and Third-Team Academic All-America honorees will be announced on April 28.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District Women's Swimming & Diving Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
