Kevin Kuhl is entering his second season as an assistant coach for the University of Toledo men's golf program. He also serves as the Director of Instruction and as center manager at GOLFTEC Toledo in Sylvania, Ohio.

Kuhl has helped the Rockets to tremendous success in his first two seasons. Toledo finished second at the MAC Chamionships in 2022 and third in 2023.

Last year, junior Barend Botha put his name in the program’s record books by registering a school-record 70.5 stroke average en route to being named to the NCAA Division I PING All-Midwest Region Team and the MAC's Golfer of the Year. The George, South Africa native earned a spot in the NCAA Bath Regional and became the fourth Rocket ever to earn first-team All-MAC honors on three occasions. Botha also tied the program’s 54-hole record with a 12-under par 204 at UNCW's Seahawk Intercollegiate.

In 2021-22, three Rockets received all-conference honors in the same season for the first time since 2002. Sophomores Barend Botha (1st team) and Jamie Tofte Nielsen (2nd team) joined graduate transfer Lukas Clark (1st team) as all-conference honorees.

A Toledo native, Kuhl received his associate's degree in business from the Golf Academy of America in 2018.
