2021: Named to All-MAC First Team… Named Academic All-MAC Team... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... Dean's List... Ran in six races… Placed fourth with a time of 24:25.0 at the MAC Championships (Oct. 30) in Ypsilanti, Mich.… Placed eighth after running a 15:38.5 at the Mel Brodt Invitational (Sept. 3)…  Earned 11th place with a time of 24:26.5 at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (Oct. 15) in Tallahassee Fla… Paced 30th after running a 25:36.9 in the Gold Race at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (Oct. 1)... Earned 39th place with a time of 26:11.8 at the Spartan Invitational (Sept. 17) in East Lansing Mich.

2020: First-Team All-MAC selection... Finished first on team and seventh overall at MAC Championship Meet with a season-best 24:25.4 at Bowling Green, Ohio (Nov. 21)... Clocked a time of 25:57.0 at the Falcon Invitational (Nov. 7), coming in 17th overall...Named MAC Distinguished Scholar Athlete.

2019:  Finished first on team (54th overall) with a time of 31:48.2 in the 10k at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in Madison, Wisc. (Nov. 15)... First on team (6th overall) at MAC Championship Meet in DeKalb, Ill. (Nov. 2) with a time of 25:42.3... Second on squad with a time of 25:57.6 at UnderArmour Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind. (Oct. 19)... Clocked a season-best time of 25:32.4 to finish second on team (32nd overall) at the Buckeye Preview in Columbus (Sept. 28)...First overall with a time of 25:52.1 at the NIU Huskie Challenge in DeKalb, Ill.(Sept. 6).

High School: Four-time varsity letter winner in cross country and track ... Two-time Three Rivers Athletic Conference 3200 League champion ... 2018 TRAC Runner of the Year for cross country ... Two-time All-State cross country ... 2018 District and regional cross country champion.
