Ticket Terms & Conditions Header


This ticket is a revocable license.  Ticket holder agrees to abide by all NCAA, Conference, University, and venue rules and applicable law.  Misconduct, violation of any University policy (including the Rocket Rule of Conduct), or failure to comply with the terms and conditions herein may/will result in refusal of admission to or removal from the event without compensation. Presentation of this ticket for admission is consent for search for prohibited items. Such items may be seized and/or destroyed. Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event and agree that the University, its agents and players are not liable for any injuries the Holder may sustain.  Holder grants the University and its partners unrestricted right and license to use the Holder’s likeness in any broadcast, telecast, webcast or other depiction or transmission of the event. Recording devices of any kind inside the venue are strictly prohibited.
 
COVID-19 Warning:
The University of Toledo has put reasonable safeguards in place to protect our guest from COVID-19. These steps are consistent with established public health policies. Regardless of these details, there is still a risk of exposure to COVID-19, which can lead to serious illness and death. By being present on University property, you agree to follow all posted rules and verbal instructions from staff members and you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. 

Tickets not purchased directly from the University of Toledo or affiliated partners, are not guaranteed to be valid.  This ticket must not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or price in violation of any Federal, State, or local law or regulation and cannot be resold on University grounds. The University is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.  Cancellations, exchanges, and/or duplications are limited by University policy.

Responsible tailgating is encouraged outside the stadium. Please keep in accordance with any federal or state laws that may apply.

Inside of the Glass Bowl
Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entering the stadium. There are no provisions to "check-in" items at the gate. Authorities hold the right to inspect any item at any time.
  • Sportsmanship Code: The University of Toledo promotes good sportsmanship by its student-athletes, coaches and fans. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, players, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the stadium.
  • Fans are strictly prohibited from entering the sideline area or the field of play unless they are properly credentialed. Violators are subject to ejection from the stadium.
  • Prohibited items in the Glass Bowl include, but are not limited to: weapons of any kind, alcoholic beverages, coolers, backpacks, bottles, cans, thermoses, outside food or drink, duffel bags, any artificial noise-making devices, confetti, laser pointers, large flags, skateboard/hoverboards, commercial video/audio equipment or any item deemed hazardous by game management personnel. No pets are allowed except for service animals.
  • The Glass Bowl permitted items include cell phones, pagers, binoculars, small handheld cameras, radios, diaper bags, umbrellas, rain gear, blankets and chair backs no larger than a single seat.
  • The throwing of any object onto the playing surface is prohibited.
  • Banner Policy - All banners must be in good taste and may not contain any inappropriate messages, banners may not cover existing signs inside of the stadium; flags, banners, and poles will not be allowed in the seating areas of the stadium.
  • Unmanned Aircraft Systems - UAS shall not create an undue hazard to University owned or controlled facility during an athletic or special event. If a university unit arranges for a contractor or a third party to use a UAS for purposes associated with a university facility or event, the unit shall contact the Department of Risk Management along with the University Police Department to ensure the UAS owner and operator has adequate liability insurance and takes the proper safety measures that are needed.
