COVID-19 Updates: Guidelines, Related Content, Ticket Information

Toledo Athletics is following directives and guidelines from the NCAA, the Mid-American Conference, the University of Toledo, and the State of Ohio regarding competitions, training, and academic classes based on the latest developments in the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

As we continue to navigate during these challenging times, we know the impact has been felt by many around the country, in our community, and within Rocket Nation. Please know that everyone is in our thoughts, and we truly believe, united as one, we will emerge from these difficult times.

The Rocket Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Additionally, after closing for much of the spring and summer due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Rocky's Locker officially reopened on Monday, Aug. 17. Rocky's Locker fall hours are Monday-Thursday from 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. When athletic events resume, store hours will be adjusted to fit the sports event schedules. Stay tuned for those hours once the winter and spring athletic schedules are released on utrockets.com.

Fans visiting the ticket office and Rocky's Locker will be asked to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Please park in the designated ticket office parking spaces located near Rocky's Locker and enter the east side of the building. Signage will indicate the proper entrances and exits, and six-foot markers will be placed at the ticket windows. Fans are required to wear face masks while inside the Sullivan Athletic Complex lobby.

Digital Ticketing: In light of the pandemic and in order to provide a more positive fan experience, Toledo Athletics is transitioning to digital ticketing and parking for all ticketed athletic events. With digital tickets, fans who purchase season or single-game tickets will select Mobile tickets as their delivery method.
With this new process, fans will have the flexibility to easily store tickets on their smartphone. Transferring tickets to a friend via text or email will be simplified through the new My Account 2.0 Page that fans can access through utrockets.com/myaccount. Fans should keep an updated email on their Toledo Rocket account for additional information in the future.
