Biography

Coach Cross on Barnett:
"Jake is like the ultimate utility glue guy. He can rebound it, shoot it, handle it and defend. He does all the dirty work that nobody gets credit for and keeps the team tight and glued. He has an unbelievable work ethic that I hope becomes contagious."

Prep School - Notre Dame Prep (Fitchburg, MA)
Averaged eight points and four rebounds per game for 29-6 squad that included several future NCAA Division I players...Concluded season with 22-point effort against Brewster Academy in first round of National Prep Championship. 

High School - Wauwatosa East H.S.
A 2008 graduate of East High School...Three-year letterwinner...Captain and team MVP for Division I state title squad as a senior...Tallied 15 points and seven rebounds in title game...Received honorable mention all-state and All-Greater Metro accolades after averaging 12 ppg.
