Toledo Ranked No. 30 in First Bushnell/Golfweek Coaches Poll of Season

TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo men's golf team is ranked No. 30 in the first Bushnell/Golfweek Division I Coach Poll that was announced on Friday.

Defending national champion Auburn is ranked first in the poll and is followed by Oklahoma State, Arizona State, Illinois and Texas Tech.

The Rockets finished one stroke behind the Tigers at the Inverness Intercollegiate on Sept. 13-15. UT also finished ahead of the No. 5 Red Raiders, No. 7 Tennessee, No. 10 Vanderbilt, No. 17 LSU, No. 18 Oklahoma, No. 25 Ohio State, No. 26 Ole Miss and No. 28 Virginia.

Toledo will be idle until returning to competition on Monday-Tuesday, Oct. 12-13 at the Purdue Fall Invitational.
