Five Rockets earn honor for second-straight season
TOLEDO, Ohio – Eleven student-athletes from the 2026 Toledo softball team were named to the Academic All-MAC squad, the conference office announced on Tuesday.
Jenna Bloomfield, Eli Enriquez, Eliza Maloney, Reis Sjoholm and Mady Yackee earned their second Academic All-MAC honors of their careers. Payton Abiley, Samantha Bolding, Audrey Miller, Payton Pudlowski, Maggie Roh and Alexis Shepherd are first-time honorees.
Abiley, Bolding, Enriquez and Pudlowski also earned the College Sport Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors on May 26.
To qualify, student-athletes must be a sophomore or higher academic standing, have maintained a 3.20 GPA or higher and competed in 50% of contests during the 2026 season. Freshmen and transfers in their first year at a MAC institution are not eligible for the award.
