Alex Bauer and Margrett Watt lead Rockets with 4.0 GPAs
TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's track & field team placed 10 student-athletes on the Academic All-MAC team for the 2026 indoor season, the league office announced today. Graduate students Alex Bauer and Margrett Watt led the Rockets with 4.00 grade point averages.
Bauer earned the honor for the fifth time, while Bailey Ranta and Watt are three-time honorees. Jaydon Cirincione brought home the accolade for the second time in her career.
Bella Earl, Olivia Gang, Gabby Phelan, Hailey Slagle, Lianna Surtz and Lauren Zanotelli are all first-time honorees on the Academic All-MAC team for track & field.
To qualify, student-athletes must be a sophomore or higher academic standing, have maintained a 3.20 GPA or higher and competed in 50% of contests during the 2026 indoor season.
