Toledo nearing MAC Tournament clinch; looks to sweep Battle of I-75
TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's basketball team faces two Mid-American Conference contests against UMass on Wednesday, Feb. 18 and at Bowling Green in the Battle of I-75, presented by Fremont Federal Credit Union on Saturday, Feb. 21. Tipoff is at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both games will air on ESPN+ and the Rocket Radio Network.
The Rockets (13-10, 7-5 MAC) are coming off a 62-51 victory against Eastern Michigan on Saturday. The Rockets were led by a double-double from sophomore Faith Fedd-Robinson, her third of the season, with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Junior Kendall Carruthers added 14 points, including the last seven points of the game in the closing minutes. Toledo is sixth in the MAC standings.
The Minutewomen (18-5, 10-2 MAC) handed Miami its first conference loss of the season on Saturday in a 65-64 victory at the Mullins Center. UMass is third in the MAC standings, 1.5 games behind Ball State for first.
The Falcons (13-12, 5-8 MAC) fell, 82-67, at Ball State on Saturday. Bowling Green will host Western Michigan on Wednesday. BGSU is eighth in the conference standings, one game ahead of Eastern Michigan for the final MAC Tournament spot.

Opening Tips
- Toledo will play its first road game in two weeks on Wednesday at UMass. The Rockets finish the regular season playing four of their final six games on the road.
- UT enters the week four games up in the loss column for a Mid-American Conference Tournament position and has a chance to clinch this week.
