Toledo has won four of last five heading into Gold Out game
TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's basketball team will host a rivalry clash vs. Bowling Green on Saturday, Jan. 31 in the Battle of I-75, presented by Fremont Federal Credit Union. The matchup tips off from Savage Arena at 5:00 p.m. on ESPN+.
Last time out, the Rockets (10-8, 5-3 MAC) surged in the second half for a 59-53 victory over Kent State on Wednesday. The Rockets overcame a 28-20 halftime deficit and out-scored the Golden Flashes, 18-6, over the final 7:00 of the game. Ella Weaver catalyzed the comeback with 18 points on 7-of-12 shooting, scoring 15 in the second half. Toledo has won four of its last five games.
The Falcons (11-9, 4-5 MAC) defeated Akron, 80-62, at home on Wednesday, with Johnea Donahue leading with 21 points and six steals.

The two teams split last year's series, with both teams winning on their home floors. Bowling Green leads the all-time series, 46-45, but Toledo has won seven of the last nine meetings.
