Toledo tips off against Golden Flashes at 7:00 p.m. in Savage Arena
TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's basketball team returns to Savage Arena for the first time in two weeks when the Rockets take on Kent State on Wednesday, Jan. 28 at 7:00 p.m.
The Rockets (9-8, 4-3 MAC) are coming off a key road win on Saturday, knocking off Ohio, 75-66, in Athens. A season-high five Rockets scored in double figures in the victory. Toledo was led by Faith Fedd-Robinson, who scored 16 points on 7-of-13 from the field. She added eight rebounds, six assists and two steals in the victory.
The Golden Flashes (9-10, 4-4 MAC) have won four games in a row after dropping their first four MAC contests. KSU won at Buffalo, 84-74, on Saturday behind a career-high 25 points from Riley Rismiller.
Toledo is sixth in the MAC standings and Kent State is seventh entering the week.
