KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Toledo women's soccer team fell in the final match of a week-long road trip in a 3-0 defeat to defending Mid-American Conference champion Western Michigan at the WMU Soccer Complex on Sunday.

The Rockets (3-3-4, 0-2-2 MAC) fell behind before halftime after a 41st-minute goal from the Broncos (7-2-1, 3-0-1). WMU then added tallies in the 48th and 80th minutes to extend the lead in the second half. Shots were 22-9 and corner kicks were 17-2 in favor of Western Michigan.
