Rockets finish with 3.839 mark for 2024-25 academic year
TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's basketball program finished an exemplary year in the classroom with the second-highest GPA in Division I, at a 3.839 mark for the 2024-25 academic year.
The Rockets put together a 3.820 GPA in the fall, leading the department with the highest GPA for the first time in program history. The student-athletes then achieved the highest semester GPA in program history in the spring with a 3.857. 13 student-athletes were on the Dean's and President's Lists during both the fall and spring semesters.
Toledo sent the maximum of four selections to the CSC Academic All-District list and tied the league high with seven Academic All-MAC selections.
UT has finished in the top 10 among highest Division I women's basketball GPAs two years in a row, finishing 10tth with a 3.724 GPA in 2023-24.
Toledo finished a strong season on the court in 2024-25, with a 24-9 (13-5) MAC record, an appearance in the MAC Tournament Championship game and a second-straight trip to the Women's Basketball Invitation Tournament.
