CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Toledo women's track and field team had 12 student-athletes named to the Academic All-MAC team for the 2025 outdoor season, the league office announced on Friday. Graduate students Alex Bauer and Emily Vining and senior Margrett Watt led the Rockets with 4.00 grade point averages.
Bauer, Sydney Caddell and Vining each earned their fourth Academic All-MAC honor. Graduate student Laura Nicholson, junior Karina James and senior Morgan Hicks tallied their third nods to the Academic All-MAC team.
Cadence Christie, Makenna Englund, Bailey Ranta and Margrett Watt recorded their second nods to the Academic All-MAC, while Jaydon Cirincione and Nora Hark are first-time honorees.
To qualify, student-athletes must be a sophomore or higher academic standing, have maintained a 3.20 GPA or higher and competed in 50% of contests during the 2025 indoor season.
