HILLSDALE, Mich. – The Toledo women's track and field team tallied a pair of first-place finishes in the Hillsdale Last Chance meet in Hillsdale, Mich. on Wednesday. This meet marked the final action before the Mid-American Conference Outdoor Championships next week.
Sophomore
Nora Hark placed first in the javelin with a mark of 40.45m. Her final distance is the ninth-best distance in program history.
The Rockets recorded the top-three finishes in the 5000m event.
Olivia Gang finished first with a time of 18:02.53, while
Vilde Henriksen followed in second with a time of 18:03.21.
Jaydon Cirincione rounded out the Toledo finishers and placed third with a time of 18:27.58.
Cadence Christie recorded a fifth-place finish in the 800m with a time of 2:12.21, with freshman
Lauren Zanotelli earning a time of 2:20.10 to place 14
th.
Sydney Caddell took sixth in the 100m and set a personal-best time of 25.09. Freshmen
Chloe Pyles and
Hailey Slagle saw action in the triple jump and 100m prelims, respectively. Pyles recorded a final distance of 10.77m, while Slagle crossed the finish line with a time of 12.50.

The Rockets will head to the 2025 MAC Outdoor Championships on Thursday-Saturday, May 15-17 in Athens, Ohio.
