TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo men's golf team will play a challenging schedule in its 2025-26 campaign, Head Coach Jeff Roope announced on Tuesday. The Rockets will again be competing against some of the nation's top programs during its upcoming season after facing one of the Top 100 schedules last year.

Toledo will begin its fall campaign at Tennessee's Visit Knoxville Collegiate in Loudon, Tenn. on Sept. 5-7 before making a short trip north to Rochester, Mich. for Oakland's Golden Grizzlies Intercollegiate on Sept. 13-14. The Rockets will conclude the month of September at Wisconsin's Badger Fall Invitational on Sept. 22-23.

Toledo will also play three tournaments in October, beginning with a return trip to Lexington, Ky. for Kentucky's Cullan Brown Invitational on Oct. 6-7.  UT will close out its fall slate at the Purdue Fall Invitational (Oct. 13-14) and Dayton's Flyer Invitational (Oct. 20-21).

The Rockets will tee off their spring season in Florida at Stetson's Daytona Beach Intercollegiate on March 2-3. Toledo then heads to the West Coast for Loyola Marymount's Pauma Valley Invitational on March 16-18. This year's Pauma Valley event included six of the nation's top seven teams and 13 teams ranked in the Top 33 of the Division I collegiate men's golf rankings.

Two trips to the East Coast will follow with tournaments in Wilmington, N.C. at UNCW's Seahawk Intercollegiate on March 30-31 and Charlottesville, Va. at Virginia's Lewis Chitengwa Memorial on April 13-14. Toledo will be playing in Virginia's event for a third-straight year.

"Our schedule continues to be one of the strengths of our program," Head Coach Jeff Roope said. "Having the good fortune of hosting a high-level tournament like the Inverness Intercollegiate allows us to create a schedule that's as aggressive or balanced as we want it to be. We are really blessed to compete in some amazing events like Loyola Marymount's Pauma Valley Invitational, Tennessee's Visit Knoxville Collegiate, and Virginia's Lewis Chitengwa Memorial as well as some great regional events that keep us close to home. It's been a nice experience for us to establish a reciprocal relationship with so many wonderful programs due to the Inverness Club being our home course."

The Rockets will receive their final tune-up for the MAC Championships at Indiana's Hoosier Intercollegiate in Bloomington, Ind. on April 18-19.
