ATHENS, Ohio ā The Toledo softball team dropped the opener of a three-game series to Ohio, 3-2, on Friday afternoon in Athens, Ohio.
Toledo (10-23, 3-9 MAC) was led by senior infielder
Eli Enriquez, who went 2-for-3 with a double and knocked in a run.Ā The senior has recorded multiple hits in each of the Rockets' last three games, and has 10 multi-hit games this season.

Sophia Knight went the distance for Toledo, giving up two earned runs in six innings. She tallied four strikeouts on the afternoon, moving her career total to 350 which ranks eighth all-time in program history.
