Men's Basketball will bring a three-game winning streak to the Sunshine State when it opens play at the GEICO Coconut Hoops event on Monday, Nov. 24 vs. Troy. The Rockets (3-2) and Trojans (4-3) will tip off at 11:00 a.m. and face either Belmont (4-0) or Saint Francis (0-4) on Wednesday, Nov. 26 at either 11:00 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. Each of the Rockets' games will be played at Alico Arena on the campus of Florida Gulf Coast University and be streamed on FloCollege (requires subscription). Senior Sean Craig is averaging 15.6 ppg and a team-high 8.6 rpg to lead a balanced Toledo offense that has five Rockets scoring in double digits. Junior Sonny Wilson (15.4), freshman Leroy Blyden Jr. (14.8 ppg), senior Kyler Vanderjagt (12.0 ppg), and junior Austin Parks (11.0 ppg) also are in double digits.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

The Rockets play on the road at Youngstown State on Tuesday, taking on the Penguins at 6:30 p.m. from Beeghly Center. The Rockets (1-3) fell at Northern Kentucky, 70-61 last Wednesday while the Penguins (4-1) won at Mercyhurst, 64-50. Toledo has been led by Faith Fedd-Robinson (13.5 pts/game) the last two games, with 17 points against Detroit Mercy and a career-high 19 points on 8-of-11 shooting against the Norse. Kendall Carruthers (12.5 pts/game) has scored in double figures in all four contests this season.

Saturday, Nov. 29 / at Central Michigan / Mount Pleasant, Mich. / Noon / Watch (ESPN+) / Live Stats / Listen

Football closes the regular season in a critical Mid-American Conference matchup against Central Michigan on Saturday. Kickoff will be at noon on ESPN+. Toledo (7-4, 5-2) defeated Ball State, 38-9 on Saturday for its third straight win. Central Michigan (7-4, 5-2) defeated Kent State, 28-16 last week and has won four of its last five games. The winner will have an opportunity at qualifying for the MAC Championship Game, pending other league results. The championship game will be held at Ford Field in Detroit on Saturday, Dec. 6 at noon.
