Toledo looks to improve on 3-2 Mid-American Conference record
TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's basketball team will head back to Savage Arena on Saturday, Jan. 18 for a matchup against Ohio. Tipoff will be at 2:00 on ESPN+, along with on WCWA 1230 AM and The Varsity Network app for radio.

Toledo is in a five-way tie for third place in the MAC standings at 3-2 in conference game. Ohio is tied for 10th at 1-4.

The Rockets (11-4, 3-2 MAC) fell to Western Michigan, 41-38 at Read Fieldhouse on Wednesday, which snapped their three-game winning streak. Toledo was led by Khera Goss with 11 points and Kendall Carruthers with 10.

The Bobcats (3-12, 1-4 MAC) have dropped three-straight contests, most recently falling to Bowling Green, 74-53 at home on Wednesday. Bailey Tabeling led with 26 points on 9-of-16 from the field in the contest.

Saturday's game will be the program's third-annual Justice for Sierah game. The foundation seeks to empower youth through the establishment of self-awareness and self-defense in school curricula through the Sierra Strong Program.
