Junior shortstop hit .583 in three games at MAC Tournament

TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo shortstop Eli Enriquez was named to the 2024 Mid-American Conference All-Tournament Team, the league announced on Saturday.

Enriquez led the Rockets' offense over three days at Firestone Stadium, hitting .583 (7-for-12), including a triple and her 34^th career stolen base vs. Central Michigan on Wednesday afternoon. Enriquez led the conference in thefts this year and is tied for No. 6 in the country (as of May 10) with Western Carolina's Lily Bell and US Davis' Anna Dethlefson.

Enriquez, who started every game this year, also led Toledo with 65 hits, 38 runs scored, and six triples this year.
