Toledo sits in first place in MAC with three games left in regular season
TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo women's basketball team will be going for its 11th consecutive victory when it travels to Western Michigan on Saturday (1:00 p.m./ESPN+).Â
Toledo (22-4, 14-1 MAC) sits atop the Mid-American Conference standings, one game ahead of Ball State, with three games left in the regular season. Western Michigan (12-14, 7-8 MAC) is in sixth place.
The Rockets won this season's first meeting with the Broncos, 82-55, at Savage Arena on Jan. 10. Toledo leads the all-time series, 66-23.Â

The Rockets are coming off a 74-61 victory over Northern Illinois in DeKalb, Ill. on Wednesday, their 10th consecutive triumph.
Sophia Wiard, Quinesha Lockett and Nan Garcia each had 14 points, while Khera Goss added 13. Quinesha Lockett tied her season high with 12 rebounds to earn her fourth double-double of the season.
