– Sophomore
Khamani Jones captured first place in the 60 meters to lead the Toledo women's track & field team at the University of Michigan's Silverston Invitational in Ann Arbor on Friday.

Jones qualified in the prelims of the 60 meters with a time of 7.89 before going on to win the finals in 7.79. Later she took fifth in the 200 meters with a time of 25.79.
Freshman
Nehemiah Coleman made her debut in the triple jump, taking third (10.77m), while junior
Sydney Caddell (10.03m) took fourth. Freshman
Jordyn Wright set a PR in the pole vault (3.55 meters), finishing fifth.

Ben Towler, a member of the men's cross country program, competed in the 3,000 meters where he finished with a time of 8:50.38, finishing seventh.

Toledo will return to action on Friday-Saturday, Feb. 23-24 at the Mid-American Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships hosted at Eastern Michigan.
