TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's basketball team will play its final non-conference game of the regular season on Saturday when it hosts Hillsdale at 2:00 p.m. at Savage Arena. The game will be streamed live on ESPN+.
Saturday's game is part of the Rockets' Winter Spectacular, during which fans can purchase discounted bleacher tickets for $8.00. Last Time Out
Toledo's last on-court action came on Dec. 20 in a 70-45 defeat at Duke. The loss snapped UT's five-game winning streak.
The Rockets hung tough with the Blue Devils in the first half and forced 10 turnovers in the first two quarters. Duke outscored UT 21-6 in the third quarter and that put enough distance between the two teams for the remainder of the night. Sophia Wiard led Toledo with a season-high 21 points and carried the bulk of the offensive workload in the absence of Quinesha Lockett, who missed the game due to injury.Â

Hillsdale is 5-6 entering play on Saturday after defeating Davenport, 66-61, at home on Thursday. Caitlin Splain led the way for the Chargers offensively, scoring a game-high 18 points.
