Dequan Finn Voted Ironman of the UMass Game

TOLEDO, Ohio – Junior quarterback Dequan Finn was voted "Ironman of the Game" following his performance in Saturday's 41-24 win at UMass.

Finn rushed for a career-high 172 yards and accounted for three touchdowns to lead the Rockets to a 41-24 victory over the Minutemen. His rushing output was the most ever by a Rocket quarterback in a single game. Finn also established the career mark for rushing yards by a Toledo QB with 1,690, passing Ryan Huzjak (1,539 from 1993-96).

Finn also completed 15-of-23 passes for 139 yards, giving him 5,516 career passing yards to move past Tavares Bolden (5,417 from 1999-2001) and Chris Wallace (5,454 from 1995-98) into eighth place on UT's career list.
