Toledo Adds Ana Albear for 2022-23 Season

Toledo swimming and diving announced the addition of Madrid, Spain native Ana Albear to its 2022-23 recruiting class.

TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo women's swimming and diving team announced the addition of Ana Albear to its 2022-23 recruiting class, head coach Brie Globig announced today.

Albear is the fourth member of the Rockets' 2022-23 class.

Was a Spanish champion in freestyle relays and a finalist in the championship of Spain.
Has one brother (20) and one sister (12).

Why Ana chose Toledo: "I chose Toledo because I like the team and the relationship between them."

Globig on Albear: "Our program is excited to add Ana Albear to our 2022 recruiting class. She will bring great spring freestyle and butterfly depth to our program. We are looking forward to greeting her in Toledo next fall!"
