TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo men's basketball team (12-4, 4-1 MAC) will travel down I-75 on Saturday, Jan. 15 when it meets Bowling Green (8-7, 1-3 MAC) for the 177th time in the Battle of I-75. The Rockets and Falcons will tip off their contest in the Stroh Center at 5:00 p.m. with streaming on ESPN3.

Toledo brings a three-game winning streak into Saturday's contest after posting victories over Central Michigan (82-54), Northern Illinois (94-73) and Miami (75-72).

Rollins leads Toledo and ranks second in the MAC with 19.3 ppg. He also tops the MAC with 2.0 spg and has scored 20 or more points in nine contests. Shumate ranks second on the team with 14.6 ppg and is grabbing a team-best 7.0 rpg. Also scoring in double digits are Millner Jr. (13.6 ppg, 6.0 rpg) and Dennis (11.6 ppg, 5.8 rpg, 3.6 apg).
Bowling Green will be looking to bounce back from Tuesday's 85-78 setback at MAC frontrunner Ohio. The Falcons lead the conference with 83.8 ppg and 13.8 offensive rpg. Fifth-year senior Daeqwon Plowden leads Bowling Green with 16.2 ppg and 7.3 rpg. Junior transfer Joe Reece is also scoring in double digits with 11.7 ppg with 6.1 rpg.
Toledo split a pair of contests against BGSU last year, notching an 84-66 road win (Jan. 30) to give UT its fourth victory in last six visits to the Stroh Center.

    Toledo captured its ninth Mid-American Conference title in program history and registered its fifth 20-win season in the last eight years in the 2020-21 campaign.
    Toledo is ranked 17th in the latest CollegeInsider.com's Mid-Major Top 25 poll (Jan. 10). UT is also the MAC's top-ranked team in the NET (No. 74) and KenPom (No. 89) rankings.
    The Rockets have produced a strong run of success in recent years and possess a 98-47 (.676) win-loss mark since the start of the 2017-18 season.
