Rockets Schedule Set for 2021-22

TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo women's swimming and diving team announced its 2021-22 schedule on Thursday.
Seven dual meets and three invitationals highlight the Rockets' slate, including home meets against Ball State, Akron, and Bowling Green.
"Our team is looking forward to a traditional season schedule this year," head coach Brie Globig said. "We will continue to take advantage of every opportunity to improve and push our program to new heights. We have welcomed a large freshman class, and with it a lot of great work ethic and a new dynamic."
Following the annual Blue & Gold Meet on Oct. 8, Toledo will open its regular season at Oakland on Oct. 22. The Rockets will visit MAC foe Buffalo on Oct. 30 and return home the following weekend to compete against Ball State on Nov. 6.
After a dual meet at Marshall on Nov. 13, Toledo will have three invitationals lined up before resuming its dual meet schedule. The Rockets will head to Akron for the Zippy Invitational on Dec. 3-5, while the divers will also head to the West Virginia Diving Invitational from Nov. 18-20 and the Buffalo Diving Invitational from Jan. 14-16.
Meets against Bowling Green on Jan. 22 (at BGSU) and Feb. 12 (at Toledo) sandwich a home meet against Akron on Jan. 28, which will serve as the team's Senior Night.
The 2021 Mid-American Conference Championships will be hosted by Bowling Green and they will be held from Feb. 24-26.
