Kevin Kuhl to Serve as Assistant Coach for Rockets

TOLEDO, Ohio – Head Coach Jeff Roope announced on Monday that Kevin Kuhl has been hired as an assistant coach for the University of Toledo men's golf program. Kuhl joined the Rockets during their 2021 fall campaign.
"Kevin was the first person I thought of for our assistant coach position," Head Coach Jeff Roope said. "We got to know Kevin as the lead instructor over at Golftec and he's always been friendly to our program. As an instructor, he had a nice rapport with his students and made a real impression on us with his teaching style and knowledge of the golf swing. In just a short time, Kevin has made a real difference with our team. He's eager to learn as a coach, and as a Toledo native he brings a real passion and connection with the city and the university."
Kuhl also serves as the Director of Instruction and as center manager at GOLFTEC Toledo in Sylvania, Ohio.
A Toledo native, Kuhl received his associate's degree in business from the Golf Academy of America in 2018.
